TakenAn app built so that you, your father, or your grandmother don't miss a single dose — and so the family can help out without complications.
Point the camera at the barcode and the data fills in automatically: name, active ingredient, dose.
Each dose retries every 2 minutes until you confirm with a tap. If you've left the phone on silent, the alarm keeps ringing at high priority.
Large letters, few buttons, one dose visible at a time. Your daughter or caregiver can configure the medications from Full Mode and leave Simple Mode active for everyday use.
Generate a PDF of your schedule to take to the doctor, the hospital, or stick on the fridge. Two layouts: Cardex (clinical-style report) and weekly Pillbox.
Tracks how well you're sticking to the treatment. If you skip more than usual, the app gently flags it.
Log your blood pressure, glucose or weight whenever you measure them. Keep a clean history to share with your doctor and spot trends over time.
Add your appointments with a photo of the referral or prescription, a reminder the day before, and one tap to drop them into your phone's calendar. Designed for older adults so nothing important is missed.
Spanish, English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The app follows your phone's language automatically.
A transparent annual subscription. €0.99 the first year, then €1.99/year. Cancel anytime in one tap.

€0.99 the first year. Then €1.99/year — invite 3 friends to activate your code in MeDiario and your next renewal is 50% off (€0.99).
MeDiario isn't on Google Play: Google requires a company account to publish this kind of app, and MeDiario is built by an individual, not a company. That's why on Android the app is downloaded directly from this website.
On Android, Premium is paid securely through Stripe (a one-time yearly payment, no auto-renewal). Stripe charges a small fee, so the price is €2.49/year (€1.49 with the referral discount) instead of €1.99/€0.99.
Each subscription is tied to the device it's activated on: if you switch phones, you'll need to buy a new subscription. We recommend doing this before migrating your data from the old device to the new one.
Your medications are stored only on your phone. We don't send medical data to any server.
When you scan a barcode, the app queries public medication databases to fill in the name, active ingredient and dose. The query is anonymous — nothing about you is sent.
If you subscribe to Premium, we validate the Apple/Google receipt without sending them any personal info about you.
