⚠ Medical-legal notice. MeDiario is a personal reminder app. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace the assessment of a healthcare professional. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.

Acceptance of terms

By installing and using MeDiario you accept these terms. These terms apply alongside the terms of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform from which you download the app.

What MeDiario is

A mobile application for iOS and Android that lets you record medications, schedule reminders, track your dose history, and generate a printable PDF chart (Premium). There is a free version (up to 3 active medications) and an annual Premium subscription at €0.99 that removes that limit and enables the PDF chart.

Responsible use

You are responsible for the information you enter and the decisions you make. The app can fail — phones run out of battery, notifications can be delayed. Do not base critical health decisions solely on what MeDiario says.

Premium subscription

The Premium subscription is purchased through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. It is an annual subscription that renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

The price in Spain is €0.99/year (taxes included). The charge is made to your App Store or Google Play account.

How to cancel:

Refunds are handled through the relevant store: Apple · Google.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable consumer law, MeDiario accepts no liability for damages arising from missed notifications, errors in external databases, data loss due to uninstalling the app, or health decisions made based solely on the app.

Intellectual property

The code, design, interface, text, and brand of MeDiario are the property of sggyamg.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be notified within the app with sufficient advance notice. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform.
